Trial Days (September 4th, 11th, and 18th):
Please register below to communicate your interest in the program and intention to attend the trial days.  Attendance of the trial days will help us determine whether this is a mutually good fit, and whether we should broaden the search in the coming weeks to round out the group.

Because this program is set up through a Private Ministerial Association, you will be asked to become a member and sign the membership paperwork on the first trial day (digital or paper copy). There is no charge for membership, and the agreement can be viewed here.

Given our tight time frame, registration for the trial days ASAP is much appreciated!

Group ages:
Currently, these are the ages of the boys who I know may be interested:  
13, 13, 13, 11, 11, 10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 8, 6*
(*the 6-year old is a little brother who is used to hanging with the older kiddos)

I'd like all of the boys involved to feel that they have adequate community within the group, so please do reach out if you have specific additional friends in mind.

Commitment:
A commitment to the September 25, 2025 - May 28, 2026 program is kindly requested on or before September 18, 2025 (if possible). The sooner you are able to communicate commitment, the better, as it will help me plan accordingly and bring in other children if needed.

Payment:
The session cost per child is $25, which covers my time (planning, administrative, and in-person) and facility expenses. I'm happy to offer sibling discounts (please discuss with me). Please note that each family, regardless of the number of children attending, is only responsible to plan and execute 3 afternoon block sessions and 3 co-leader sessions. Depending on the number of families involved, we may need to flex the co-leader commitments slightly. If the group collectively decides to hire someone for an afternoon session(s), this would be an additional cost split evenly amongst the children.

If your child doesn't attend a session for some reason, you are still responsible for the session fee. I'm committing my time to the program and to monthly facility rental expenses, so hopefully you understand the rationale for this. If I need to cancel for any reason or we decide to take a group powder day instead of holding a formal session, there will be no charge for that day.

After the trial days, if your child continues with the full year program, I will invoice you following the last session day each month for the days attended that month, beginning on September 25, 2025. Cash, check, or Venmo/Cash app payments are preferred; electronic payments will also be accepted.

If you only attend the trial sessions, you'll be invoiced for the sessions you attended.
